For private customers, the KSchG and the Distance Selling Act apply in their current form. If areas are not covered, the conditions of LifeWave-Shopping.com apply.

Offer:

All prices in our online shop are an offer to the end customer. In the event of price changes, the prices valid when placing the order always apply. Every order received is binding. As a rule, all items offered in the shop are in stock. Should this not be the case, you will be informed by email and can withdraw from the contract. Inquiries and offers are free of charge.

Shipping and payment:

All prices include VAT. We ship every day on working days.

Warranty:

We guarantee to deliver only original LifeWave goods. If articles have manufacturing defects, they will be replaced according to the manufacturer guidelines imposed on us. The delivered and defective item must be returned in suitable packaging (antistatic, etc ...). No replacement without return. However, we must first be informed of the defect by email. For the handling of guarantee cases, the customer only has to take over the delivery costs.

Returns:

Our 30 day money back guarantee allows you to return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase without reason. The item must be returned in the undamaged original packaging. Any costs incurred for returning the goods will be borne by the customer. Open goods are non-returnable. If the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right not to accept the return. The non-correction of dispatched goods by the responsible post office is not recognized as a withdrawal from the contract. We reserve the right to charge the shipping costs incurred for futile delivery or return postage as well as processing expenses of 3% of the value of the goods, but at least € 7.00.

Wrong-ordered items that are returned in the unopened original packaging and in a salable condition will be taken back after consultation. We will refund the full invoice amount. Opened original packaging is considered accepted and cannot be taken back.

Retention of title:

The goods remain our property until full payment. Any costs for return or collection are at the expense of the customer.
