APPLICATION FOR PAIN AT ANY POINT ON THE BODY BY USING THE CLOCK METHOD

The brown patch is taped on the painful area and the white patch around the brown patch. You can start at 12 p.m. and if the pain is not significantly improving, place the white patch clockwise around the brown patch until you find a place where the pain becomes significantly less. There you then permanently tape the patches.
